ROI Next Steps

Dear Leaseholders,

Thank you for participating in the "registration of interest." There is now enough support for us to formally commence the Right to Manage process for Verdigris Apartments.

A small group of founding directors will establish the next steps, such as whether to engage a RTM specialist or solicitor, and provide cost and timeline estimates for interested leaseholders. The directors will then establish the RTM Company and serve formal notice with the freeholder.

Decisions about the management of Verdigris Apartments are not made at this stage. Members of the RTM company will decide upon important building management decisions after the RTM process is completed.

Volunteering to be a director

We need volunteers to act as the steering group and founding directors of the RTM company. We are looking for between 3-4 directors, ideally with experience in business administration, management, legal, or accounting, or current or former directors of a company​, but by no means mandatory.

In the first three months, directors are likely to need to invest 2-4 hours per week of work and be available for meetings after regular working hours. Directors have a legal duty and responsibility and must meet the criteria established by Companies House.
